McDonald's

"No refills on drinks. No human beings to take your order. Restricted access to the bathroom. You have to ask for ketchup for your fries and they don't give you many. Do you even have to ask for an additional napkin. Immaculately clean but cold and barren inside with nobody there. I think this is happening to all of the McDonald's and this will probably be the last one that I visit."

"Staff are hidden in the back behind an oddly placed wall. Staff will not see/notice you at the register without waving them or calling out to them. They are not very friendly either once they do. They seem to prefer not to have face to face contact with customers. They much rather have you use those kiosks, drive thru, or door dash. The code to the bathroom has so many digits in it I witness staff either punch it in themselves or write it down on paper for customers. No free refills on the drinks they took the machine out along with the all condiments too. There is a kids playroom that is glassed off from the main dining area but makes impossible to here your order # when it is finally called."

"This is one of the best McDonald's I've ever been to. The food service is the best ever. The store is clean and organized and everything works. The playground for the kids is nice to have. Definitely coming back to this one again. Thank you guys for making this one of the best McDonald's ever."

"The McDonald's is very Clean. They took my order well. Apon receiving my order. I asked were the coke was?. I said I think you missed it when I made the order it's not on the receipt. I will pay for it. They gave me a coke free of charge. I find the act of kindness very appreciated in these times. I recommend this McDonald's. Owner is very community oriented help local schools. Very nice people. Not like other McDonald's. Great for the local area."

"I have not ate at a McDonald's in over 25 years as I do not like fast food much. The south end of Eureka location was remodeled and had put in an indoor play structure. Today (5/25/22) I took my daughter there for lunch and to play on the structure, she was so excited to play on the structure. We arrived and ordered chicken sandwiches as we thought we'd be safe with that selection. First disappointment was we were told the play area was closed which was an extreme let down to my daughter. We received our food in a to go bag, as we were not asked for here or to go when ordering, so apparently there was no option to dine in (second disappointment). The tables were all empty so we assumed there was no dine in allowed so we just drove home to eat. Well it got worse as our third disappointment came when we opened our food which was inedible (see pics of dark hard chicken, soggy crushed fries, and burnt buns). What a waste of time and money as we had to eat food that we had at home. I do not recommend this establishment. I am confident in saying I will never eat at a McDonald's again for the rest of my life. After over 25 years they have only gotten worse not better."
