"I like the way my nails be done sometimes depends on who does them but the only problem I have and really needs to be better is customer service the nail techs be rude and talk to you like you not an adult I hold my tongue alot to keep the peace but I'm no longer doing so I will say something if it happens again"

"The lady was rude keep talking in her language when I told her this isn't want i want I showed her this picture of my nails 2yrs ago and she had them looking crazy then I told her it was way to much white so she cute them almost all the way off left stuff all on the sides and under and when I notices my nail was still showing and asked her about it she got upset again and put the stuff on top of it then told me to go wash my hands and added the top cost and told me to go dry them. It came out so bad I wanted to cry this was done for my birthday and she messed them up so bad. Don't go their she is horrible. Picture don't show how bad they are this is just some of it."

"I was so disappointed with my dip nails. The man that did mine obviously didn't take any pride in his work. He did it simply because it's his job. He even said as much. Oh he was nice enough I guess. Wasn't rude or anything, but is that really enough. I spent a lot if money in there this morning. Money I work hard for. I simply won't waste my money this way."
