"I should’ve trusted the low reviews and called elsewhere. They originally quoted 45-60 minutes and we ended up waiting 4 hours. I first spoke with Sappora, who was sweet and helpful. But I called back every hour asking for an ETA and spoke with Olivia who seemingly was disconnected from her job. I repeated my question several times, to where she’d reply, I didn’t catch that- I was reading something and said who I spoke with previously lied about ETA because they never quote those times. She had zero professionalism and probably shouldn’t work the front desk. The driver was nice and apologized for the wait but I will never be a repeat customer. I would’ve called elsewhere had they not already taken my money. I actually had to tow my car to another destination afterwards and found another company who arrived in 15 minutes, called to assure me he has the vehicle, confirmed drop off location and was a pleasant experience- I now know who to call and who NOT to. Don’t waste your time with this company, there’s so many competitors that won’t keep you waiting."

"At first I was concerned about how long they were taking. However the driver Leon showed up and was very friendly and explained why it took a little longer than expected. Very polite and nice guy to talk to on our ride to a tire shop. Would’ve given 5 stars but I felt like it was pricey for a simple tow 20 minutes away"
