"One of the most rudest and racist towing companies in Smyrna. Openly said he doesn’t deal with black people or hispanics while being in front of cops. My wife is in critical condition at the hospital and they would not let me get my car as its registered under her and SHE has to come pick it up, like SHE CAN MOVE FROM THE HOSPITAL BED."

"This is the worst company to deal with, stay away from them. Unfortunately we didn’t call them the cops did due to an accident and he treated my whole family disrespectful. My wife was trying to remove our belongings from the vehicle prior for him taking the car and he wouldn’t let them. The cops had to ask him to allow for us to remove our belongings. We even ask him to take our vehicle to a repair shop close by and he decline. No empathy at all, extremely rude person. Stay away from them if you can."

"This tow company was called to assist in a wreck in one of my family members. There’s only one man working at the company and he was SO rude to our insurance provider. Even hung up in her face. 100% do NOT recommend this service unless you have to."

"Car was stolen and had to get a ride from East Nashville to Smyrna Tn. Arrived at 4:20pm and they were closed. After sitting in traffic to get there! They close at 5pm. Called the number and the owner answered and said he just left 10 minutes ago to go to lunch and he will be back in 45 minutes. He said you should’ve called first. I didn’t know I needed to call to tell them I was on my way. This is a business. I thought the business hours were accurate. Sat there for over and hour and someone finally came to let me get my car."
