"This place is a joke and some of their cars are bad not worth buying(not all). They dont care about the safety of their drivers, Managers here doesnt do any work all are Lazy AF, they want drivers to work on a snow day like this we can't even see the street due to snow, and managers are always late or in their office watching YouTube and eating. Corporate needs to come down and spend a week or two here to clear house. FIRE ALL THE MANAGERS HERE AND GET SOME FOLKS IN THIS PLACE WITH COMMON SENSE, BETTER COMMUNICATION SKILLS, TEAM SPIRIT, BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY WHO KNOWS HOW TO DO THEIR JOB AS MANAGERS. They are running all these drivers away weekly and maybe even daily but over working the ones who are left. The managers at this location is making this company look bad."

"If Carvana would sale vehicles that didn't have transmission problems, they would be 5 stars, because I have to say they went out of their way to help me! My thanks to Dalton, Nina, Amber, and Sunshine for helping me! If my car wasn't having the transmission problems it had I would of kept my car! But there customer service is 5 stars for sure! Also, I had my car taken back only to see it back up for sale again, buyers beware!"

"Condition reports from here are often inaccurate.. wholesale pickup isn't always in a hurry to help. They sometimes make you feel like you're interrupting them...... Not every experience has been this way, but several times..I think CARVANA in general needs to appreciate their wholesale clients more."

"Went to pick up a load of cars at the wholesale got to front at 10:20 and only 2 workers who said they are taking their lunch. Waited 2 1/2 hours for them to come back from lunch. No care for other peoples time and money, who runs a business like this? If your gonna take a 2 1/2 hour lunch and close at 3pm you need to post your hours accordingly to not waste the time of others."
