"Paid for a tire alignment package. They didn’t align my tires blamed it on old tires. Got new ones half what they were charging somewhere else. Tried coming back for alignment twice for some reason they can’t do it. Never use this place. Go to Memphis."

"Not sure why it’s taken me 2 years to write this review but so it goes when cleaning off your desk. I won’t forget the incredible level of service and overall kindness this location showed me when I got a flat on my way to my Thanksgiving plans that year. Despite being severely busy, they were able to fit me in and had my new tire on within 30 minutes, so I could still make it by that afternoon. While I was just passing through, I can’t repay the generosity by using their services. But I would definitely patron here if I was a local."

"I give a zero star for worse service ever. I dropped my truck off at 9 am, just to get my tires rotated and balance. I returned at 5:45, which was 9 hours later, and my truck wasn't touched. I bought those tires from this goodyear and paid $2000, and that's the kind of service I get. Never will I go there again. The service hasn't always been this bad. I guess new management it sucks. Maybe because I was getting free service that came with my warranty, and they only serviced the paying customers. That's a form of prejudice, and I should report them. I saw customers that came in after me but paid and picked their vehicle up. I only wanted a rotate and balance that's one of the simplest services a tire shop can do. Prejudice. So I went to Memphis where I will start going."

"Had a blowout on our 48’ race car trailer in Marion, AR, a couple miles from the shop. Was traveling from Tc to KY for a race. Called several places to attempt to get the spare installed, to no avail. DeWayne told me to come on over, but there may be a wait as the guys were getting ready to go to lunch. I got there and DeWayne got the ball rolling immediately, and Thomas worked through the beginning of his lunch to get me moving so I would make it. These two guys are dedicated to getting the customer taken care of and the job completed. Hats off to these two men. Excellent customer service. The kind you don’t find anymore. If I’m in the area and news services they offer, I’ll definitely be back. Thanks again!"
