"Room was ok but when it comes to cleaning the room they get 0 stars from me. Tub was still dirty with hair all in it after they said they cleaned it then I go to the front desk to let them know, these guy going to say what is it that I want him to do so yea I will not be staying here ever again"

"No details about on going construction and limited rooms. Made a reservation and was informed " I don't care if you have a reservation or not and its not refundable. We do not have the rooms and you probably would not be able to get in here until about 2 in the afternoon, Anyway. We may not even have housekeeping today." They literally stole our money! Considering calling a lawyer...."

"Although the room seemed clean, the sink would not drain completely, and the bed creaked noisily every time you sat on it. There was a quarter roll of toilet paper and just a few facial tissues, so I needed to go back to the office to get more of each. Breakfast was fine, but some fruit would be a great addition. Right off the highway, so that was convenient. Staff was nice enough."

"Worst location ever. My husband and I are in a truck most of the time and like to get out and stay in a hotel. I have a small service animal do to medical health and the last three times I have stayed in this hotel . The owner was disgusted because he couldn’t charge me an extra $30 for my dog. Then complain that my service animal was going to shed, and that he was going to leave a mess. By federal law, you cannot charge for a service animal. We will not be staying in this hotel ever again. It’s also not a trucker friendly hotel. If you park your truck next to the hotel so you can watch your truck. People complain in the surrounding businesses. But there are no signs saying you cannot park your truck there. But yet they want to call the cops on you, not a friendly environment. Also don’t ever expect to get a refund from this place if anything goes wrong. You will be denied on the spot. I am very disappointed in the service. Lesson learned. Lila H"
