"Came in around noon. Asked how long the wait was and was told they could get me in a 1:30. Asked if I could just come back at 1:30 and they said sure we’ll put your truck on the list. I get there at 1:20. It’s 40 (2:00) mins before they get my truck taken back. Fine no big deal. It took them 2 hours to put tires on my truck. Absolutely ridiculous. If it’s gonna be that long, that’s fine, but let me know so I can make other arrangements. Just letting me sit there for 2 1/2 hours is unacceptable. Cost me an entire afternoon."
