"He called me back quickly, arrived when he said he would, and most importantly he listened when I explained what the issue was (a water leak) and the things I had already checked or tried to fix. He updated me on things as he worked. He was a very pleasant and professional RV maintenance man! I would definitely recommend and will call again if I need help"
"I liked this guy. BUT...a year and a half ago was the last time I used them. For me, I've spent a lot of money. He was supposed to come back the following week to replace the cover over over the slideout, try to find out why my digital readout on my 2 week instant water heater was going out (while still under warranty), recoat my roof and replace the water filter. He was at the camper behind me working and didn't speak. Sold him a trailer I was going to sell to someone else but didn't want to upset him so let him have it. I always paid cash on the spot for all work done. Seeing him and him not speaking did it. I now use someone else. I have sent him 3 new customers up until recently. I'm done. THIS REVIEW IS MY OPINION AND IN NO WAY REFLECTS ON THE WORK DONE FOR OTHERS."
"Tim was great to work with. Found me a cooling unit for my refrigerator fast. And worked fast. Had my refrigerator back up in just a few days. He was professional and efficient. If you have any kind of camper issues definitely call him."
"I couldn't have asked for a better experience we're temporarily living in our camper and our a/c went out. I called and told him what was going on and he was out the next day and had us back going. We bought a new unit on our old camper and needed a new control box and thermostat wired in for it to work. I sent him info on the a/c and my current setup and he brought the new control box and thermostat and fixed it the next day. He is the most respectable and nice person ever if you have any trouble with your camper or rv I would highly recommend you give this man a call!"
"We call Tim about the batteries not charging on our fifth wheel. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the converter. He ordered the part that day and within a day he had it fixed. He was also able to replace our carbon monoxide/propane sensor at the same time. I would highly recommend him for any work needed on an RV."
