"My mom had a tire that kept losing air so we took her car to Ripley Parts & Tire to have it checked. The man at the counter was nice and helped us right away by grabbing a tech to take a look. The tech was super nice and let my 80 yo mother pull the car into the garage so he could take the tire off. (He obviously hasn't seen the side of her car but she did good!) He took the tire off and couldn't find a leak. We determined that it was the cold weather that made it lose air so he replaced it and didn't charge us. That was super nice of him. Mom being old school and appreciating his time spent, she tipped him $5 and we were on our way. I would definitely recommend Ripley Parts & Tire Service!"
