"Called for a cab at 2:45 at 4:00 they cab still hasn't made it was going to the circus event couldn't make it because they refused to run I guess I don't know what's going on very unprofessional first they called me and asked me to verify my address wrong address and then they said when the lady gets done with the drop she would be by but I guess the drop was out of town and I don't guess I got more than one cab to run who's got time for that nobody thank you for letting me miss my event knew I should have walked to begin with so much for supporting local business"
"I’ve never had a problem with them, they are so nice on the phone and always picks you on time and if they are busy they will let you know how long the wait will be. NEVER did I have to wait an hour long for them!!. Always asks if I need help with groceries and are so nice to talk to!! They have really became like family to me."
"We had the pleasure of using this service earlier this year. We called for a cab as we were checking out at the Walmart. The driver showed up promptly! Not only was she polite and courteous, but she also helped us load and unload our purchases. The car was very clean and smelled great. The ride was comfortable. The conversation was polite and appropriate. I believe that this is probably one of the better cab experience I had. Thank you so much for the wonderful service!! I will definitely recommend!"
"There are very rude they where discriminating against me because my voice they repeatedly hung up and blocked my number and refused to give me someone in charger. I would not recommend riding with them it might be unsafe and they think everything is a laughing matter"
"I only gave one star because the cabs I have seen the drivers NEVER get out to help the customers. The look at pedistrians like they are better than everyone else. Well I'm here to tell you that if a driver did not get out and help me and me in a wheelchair I would not give them a tip. Considering most drivers like to recieve tips then maybe they should get off their butts and earn them. Just saying that's all"
