"I went to this restaurant last night after leaving Le Bonheur with my niece. I placed my order, catfish and wings. The young lady asked for my name, I give her my name that I use when I order food, and she said it's going to be about 15 minutes. I step across the street to Cash Saver to get some Black eyed peas. I get back from Cash Saver, look at my receipt and my order was placed at 6:37. I get back and young lady behind the window, a different one ask me my name, I tell her the name I used, and she can't find my order. All I had was wings with honey gold sauce, and catfish and fries and I asked for hush puppies. About another 15 minutes passes by and I still don't have my order, the manager finally says oh I'm getting your order rushed, they're working on it right now. Why weren't they working on it when I was across the street at the grocery store? I don't know what they were setting up for in the lobby area but it looked like a party, strange place for a party, but I digress! My food is finally ready, I grabbed my container, surely they didn't forget anything but they did. I asked for hush puppies, the young lady who took my order ask the kitchen if they had hush puppies, the kitchen said they did, but I didn't get mine. So it took about 30 to 45 minutes for me to get my basic order, I didn't get everything I wanted, or asked for. I paid cash, upfront, so it wasn't like it was an over the phone order where I said I was going to show up later. I even left the establishment went across the street to the grocery store and my food still wasn't ready! The food was okay, by the time I got it home the fries were cold, and the fish was fried a little too hard, maybe because it was rushed. So I will NOT be back to this location, and I know they're all individually owned and they just use the name "Crumpy's" for each location. I will forever be faithful to the Crumpy's on Chelsea, it's hidden, kinda in the hood, but I have never had this sort of issue with them before."

"The food was perfectly cooked and seasoned. You get a lot of food for the amount of money your asked to pay! The lady at the front was so busy but she managed to check me out and kept a smile on her face the whole time! I appreciate that l!! I will be back!!"
