"This place has gone down over the years. I dont know why is still open. Our waitress was rude and just trifling. We sat at the bar and it was old chicken bones on the floor swept or kicked might I say under the chairs. The counter of the bar was dirty even with the waitress stating she had already cleaned up the area. I literally saw her use the same towel she was cleaning with wipe cup counter chairs and entire bar area before even somewhat rising it off. Literally there at the most 15 minutes before just totally disgusted and walking out. Did even order a drink or anything to eat. The place has odor of mop water and floor just sticky and nasty. I hope they get new management as well as some deep cleaning done."
"Haven’t been in years but decided to order wings to go since it was a cold January night. Waitress very polite and attentive, food was up in short order and against my better judgement I didn’t check it before I left. I ordered lemon pepper roasted wings with fries. When I got back to my room I see I was given regular hot wings that were cold on top of that. Fries were just as cold. Reminder why I don’t go there nor will I ever again."
"Food was on point. One of the best burgers around. Service was great. My build a burger was all that!!"
"Staff is not on par with other locations. Bummed that Mahi Sandwiches are no longer available. The cod is mostly batter. Large 4 TV square had top left screen off. Wings were still good. I had to retrieve my own silverware and ketchup even though their was more staff than customers. Staff was sitting with other staff or in the case of my server, with family. After shift change, no one checked on me."
"Gotta say, this was not as good of an experience as another Hooters I've been to. The service was alright, though we weren't checked on that much. I got fried pickles and chicken tenders with fries. The fried pickles were disappointing, but not the worst fried pickles I've had. The fries were pretty dry and the tenders were alright."
