"Absolute worst experience of my life, Andria the manager was of no help, they refused to return my items to my debit card since I used childrens place cc which I already paid in full. Two days prior they returned stuff to my debit card, but said they couldnt today. I do not know who is responsible for employees but that store needs new management ASAP. Do not go there, it is a SCAM to take your money."

"I love the online and the store's sales and prices. However, I absolutely HATE shopping in the Jackson, TN store itself! One sales person in particular, is extremely rude and has the MOST unpleasant personality. It is blatantly obvious that she hates her job. She appears upset when anyone asks her questions and just projects in general that she doesn't want to be there and does not want to be bothered! As much as I love shopping and a good sale, I will go elsewhere, just to avoid HER "attitude.""
