"Walmart had my vehicle 2 hours and didn’t start it because they “didn’t know what kind of oil to use.” Valvoline had a 2 1/2 hour wait. I went to Jiffy Lube and had no wait. A nice man, whom I’m assuming is the manager, greeted me warmly and offered me water in the waiting area. He listened to my concerns and was just so kind. Everyone there was so nice and smiling. So happy with my service. First time visitor, but I’ll definitely be using Jiffy Lube for my future oil changes."
"When I first arrived I felt very depressed no one knew but then I had to pick myself up and do what I came to w there , upon meeting Justin who took really good care of me , spoke with ease made me feel so much better in what I came for. He walked me through everything to my understanding, again I was really depressed he had no idea what impact he left on me , I’ve told my family and friends that I know of all about my experience with Justin , and they agree we all want to come to a business with such love and respect and good service and not have to pay a lot , so my word is out about the best place jiffy lube , and I want to say in closing, Thank you Justin for being you. "The manager went over and beyond to assist me. My air filters were in extreme need of being changed as much as I’ve been going to other locations for an oil change no one‘s ever told me or showed me and he did both. I am extremely grateful it literally made my heat and air work tons better and it smells better. I am immediately got the Engine and cabin filters changed. I will definitely be back because of him. And I will be requesting him specifically. I apologize because I forgot his name but he is a manager."
