"This location will most likely shut down soon. It was dimly lit, unorganized, and horribly managed. Ordered balloons for pick up. They were atrocious. Seriously so ugly. Staff was hesitant to help or do anything. It felt like pulling teeth to get average customer service. They either need to clean house & hire people that give a damn/have experience or shut down the location."

"We tried to get a helium ‘2’ balloon for my daughter’s birthday. After spending over $60, when we got home it was deflated and looked awful. I called and they put me on hold for almost 10 minutes and then responded with “yeah we’re busy”. They finally agreed to deliver another balloon, which I appreciate. However, the second balloon arrived partially deflated and was entirely deflated even worse than the first balloon an hour later. Absolute waste of time and money."

"The employee Aiden lacks customer service skills. I arrived at 7pm, one hour before closing time. I asked for 2 balloons to be filled and was told he would not fill the balloons that I was purchasing from the store because he had a big order to fulfill for tomorrow morning. There was no other people in line to have balloons filled. I would not recommend this Party City to anyone if their employees cannot take the time to help the paying customer standing before them with a service that should be provided until closing."

"This store is conveniently located. You can get in and out without getting in the main Cool Springs Mall traffic. I liked the many different party themes, which included Barbie. They were putting out their Halloween merchandise with kids and adults costumes."

"Picked up some kids costumes and a work party hat. You definitely want to go off season if possible because it will be slammed before Halloween. But just those two isles. The prices are decent for what you need for the one costume day. The store is clean but cramped with a crowd. They will have special duty police during peak times so safe. The staff are funny and quick at check out. Parking is good. No issues there. Will go back for any holiday needs too, including birthdays."
