"This store honestly just sucks and doesn’t care about the customers who keep them jobs. I had to use the bathroom while I was in the store, and I waited outside for the lady to finish cleaning. As soon as she finished I went in to use the bathroom and she abruptly stated that she just cleaned the bathroom and it’s off limits. She further stated that customers can’t use the bathrooms. So tell me this, if the bathrooms aren’t meant for the public, why do you advertise them for public use? They signs stating “if our restrooms aren’t fit to your needs, let management know.”"

"Customer service is horrible, I walked in with my service animal and was told I'm a living fu.... I don't have one but yet there was 2 old lady's in the store with their lap dogs. I have been a customer there for over 2 years, the manager Joyce was very rude and cussing AR me while kids were in her line with their parents. Staff has no filters with their phones on speaker and tracking the company while customers are being rang out. The fact she asked for papers is illegal as can be and she has yet to be accountable for repercussions of this. If you want rater R entertainment I recommend this location but keep your kids out"

"Best place for cheap entertainment ,when it's not only on Halloween that ur employees walk around looking like they wish they were dead, they also have no disregard for what they say in front of customers or even a smile or friendly approach to customers. Your bathrooms at this location are always either locked and nobody is available with a Key or code or they r broken, I personally hope I'm there to witness the day someone has diarrhea and it comes out all over the floor and creates a well deserved mess for not being more accommodating to customers on this issue! Last visit to the store kids were chasing each other down aisles almost running into other customers and spraying stuff at one another this went on and on and not 1 Employee ever attempted to stop it or tell them to leave making it more of a hassle for all other shoppers trying to get their stuff and get out ! Not to mention the shelves are always empty like damn ur not remodeling the store everyday, where are the products ?....Worst Store in Gallatin !"

"This is only for the MANAGER AND THE MANAGER ONLY!!! Walked into the store greeted by Ms Pat she was very pleasant and polite! She called for the manager over the speaker and her response was GD I’m coming damn! I’m guessing she forgot that the public could hear her but either way that response was unnecessary!!! She was rude disrespectful and unpleasant to deal with!!!"

"Went in today to purchase some flip flops. When I got to the cashier, Brittany, I handed her a pair of sandals and said I had changed my mind and did not want to buy those. While I said this she held eye contact with me. I paid for my flip flops and upon checking out I noticed the bag was heavier than I thought it would be. I looked, and she had rung up the sandals even though I told her I did not want those. I said, I told you I didn’t want these, why did you ring them up? She said that she didn’t hear me, and they do not accept returns so there’s nothing I can do. I thought this was the craziest experience I have ever had. It felt criminal. She pulled one on me and got away with it. Stay away from this location, they have horrible ethics."
