"Lisa M needs an attitude adjustment or different profession! LOL speaks loud enough but cannot take an order in drive thru and get it RIGHT to save her life! Food service is tough apparently, you have to have customer service skills and be able to follow directions. Hand eye coordination to push the buttons correctly and extra hearing to hear the order as called! Walked her through a few side orders of potatoes with cheese and she acted like she was having an aneurysm towards me and her employees! Get a job that doesnt deal with the general public like cleaning the stadium bathrooms! LOL! WHAT A JOKE SHE IS. Incompetent over an order of potatoes! Lmao"
"It's always a hit or miss there. It's either fresh or It's not. I mean I live across the street so I'm there alot. Staff are friendly and quick. It's not usually backed up and stays clear plus it's right off the exit. The McDonald's across the street had all minors working. Dont go there they be on some bullsht"
"Im a local,go here quite often. I order a deluxe meal. He asks my sauce and i had to tell him 3 times what i wanted wich was hot mild,fire. Simple right, well he tried to give me my deluxe box and seal it with a breakfast sticker thinking i wasnt going to open it, its dinner time not breakfast. Anyways I open a box with no sauce….. then he makes me wait with no one in line. I had to honk to get his attention and he still proceeded to make me wait. I asked his name & he said it was Taylor. On the heavy side with curly hair wearing his hat unprofessionally backwards. He makes me never wanna come back.11:20pm 11/7/23"
"Terrible service today. I had a burrito with rice in it and my rice was completely hard, very unpleasant to eat. The first picture is a bean burrito (looks like beef though). Second picture is a potato taco which has about 5 hard potatoes. I took the food back after eating the first burrito and showed them my food. The guy at the window didn’t even know what kind of burrito that was and I told him it was a bean burrito, he hands me another burrito which is the last picture and it looks like the first. All I’m saying is that if you wouldn’t eat the food that looks like this then why would you serve it to others. Someone needs to do their job better."
