"Not impressed at all. Tried lil Joe's a couple years ago, nothing tempted me enough to choose them over the other 2 restaurants in town since then; but Daughter requested there tonight... Around 7pm on a Friday, half the tables were empty, but all dirty. Had to ask the server to wipe the table when she came for our drink order. When she returned with our beers five minutes later and asked if we were ready to order, we had to ask for our menus... The food is decent; but when you have 3 servers working-a restaurant with 12 tables- half of them empty- and the servers are too busy LOUDLY planning their friday-night-out after work to do their job, I'd rather drive the extra 30 minutes to Knoxville for better service and food"
"The food was very good as was the service. Highly recommend the smoked cheese and pepper jelly, Boston butt, brisket and ribs. The spinach Maria and fried okra was also very good. Key lime pie was also good but the blueberry lemonade didn’t have much flavor. The only negative was the bathroom which had a strong urine odor. If you went in there first, you’d leave without ordering."
"Amazing, tasty food! Service is especially amazing and quick! Came with a big group of friends. Sherry did an amazing job serving us. Way to go, Sherry! Also had an amazing slice of pie! It was tough deciding on what to get for dessert as it all looked amazing! What was awesome was being able to eat a meal for a great price and still have room for dessert and then be totally full!"
