"Didn't seem like anyone working the shift knew what they were doing, and the sandwich was mediocre at best ....next time I will go next door to Publix and buy a pre-made turkey sandwich, it would have tasted better and been half the cost!... I don't know what's up Jersey Mike's used to be good?!?!?"

"I love the food, but this location is the worst I have ever been to. On multiple occasions I’ve gone in only to find they are out of bread completely and was offered no solutions or compromises. Let me emphasize that a *sandwich store* hardly ever has enough bread for even the people in line to be accommodated. I also have to make sure I repeat how I want my sandwich multiple times when I order, because they will almost always include something I asked explicitly to be taken off my sub - to the point that now I have to pull it out and check it before we even leave the store. I don’t know whether to blame the employees or the company for these issues, but I continue to have awful experiences here despite the food taste and quality being excellent. Not worth it, especially for the outrageous prices."

"We visited here for a late Saturday lunch. Our sandwiches were made to order from freshly sliced meat. They were delecious and we can't wait to come back here. I appreciated the fact that the restaurant was extremely clean and the staff to care of us in fine fashion"

"This location gets extremely busy, so I would recommend ordering on the app. I've been eating here several weeks now, and they seem to get my order correct now. I've also learned to wait a few minutes after the time they say it's ready, and if it's not on the takeout shelf, go up to the register and ask for it. Sometimes they're still behind the register because they didn't have time to stick it on the shelf. My only complaint today, is it looks like a new person made my wrap. I got a torn wrap and it wasn't even wrapped right. I guess they can't be perfect everyday. LOL At least it still tasted good. 11/9/22: it seems like the wraps keep getting skimpier and skimpier. Looks like I'm going to have to find somewhere else to get my lunch fix. The first pic is how big they used to be, and the second pick was from today. 5/18/23: I tried to give them one more chance, but after today, I won't be back. I placed my order around 10am for a 12:30pm pick up. I ordered a turkey provolone wrap. I got there around 12:40, & my order wasn't on the pick up shelf, so I went up to the counter where I saw 2 employees leaning on the back counter, doing nothing. I told one of them my name & he grabbed my order, & instead of taking one step forward to hand it to me, he placed it on the counter near the soda machine without saying a word to me. I had to come around the corner to get it. Then, when I got back to my vehicle, I noticed the wrap wasn't wrapped right, so basically when you try to eat it, everything is falling out all over the place. It was also mostly lettuce with a sliver of turkey & I didn't notice any cheese on it. (see last picture) How disappointing. They really need a new manager that knows how to train the employees correctly. I won't be back."
