"I work at UT so I visit this location a lot. Today I had a mobile order of a sandwich with deluxe meat added for $1.50 more. When I received my sandwich I did not have deluxe meat. I called and spoke to someone who told me to bring it back, and she would get started on a new one. When I went back down the lady with purple hair told me she made the sandwich and put extra meat on it and "she don't know what to tell me" I understand this location is busy but, I just wanted my extra chicken. She did not remake the sandwich by the way."
