"Service was great, food was to. Hardly noone was there but still received good service"
"When we got there 2 servers ignored us, then finally seated us. We went to put our order in and the food took 30 minutes and it tasted horrible. My fiance is a big fan of biscuits and gravy but he couldn't eat theirs. We normally get charged $30 for 2 people but our bill was $50, do better. You lost our service!"
"We were the only customers there (for a while), yet it took a long time to get our food & then the order had something left off, and my pancakes were cold & a little hard on top. While the waitress was quick to bring me another order of pancakes, by then my eggs were cold. .....but the blueberry pancakes were awesome!"
"We arrived before the lunch rush. It took a beat to be seated, and I noticed the floor was sticky as we walked through. The food was plentiful and tasty. We didn't see our server after taking our order until we were looking to pay. Wasn't sure if she was on break or tied up, but it would have been nice to be checked on at least once."
"No matter how short staffed they are, this IHOP always delivers. When we got there, they only had two waitresses, one cook, and a packed house.They aren't fancy, but they are consistent and the food is always made right. Or it will be Made Right. We had to wait this morning, but once the backup staff arrived, they jumped right on getting people seated, orders taken and food made."
