Sonic Drive-In

"Service is slow. I am an Uber driver. They gave me the order. Asked me to confirm the order, and walked away before I could even pick up my phone. And the first three spots at the building are filled with employee cars. Not well managed."

"The employee whom we had an encounter with was incredibly rude and unprofessional. We spoke to this employee for a DoorDash pickup order and they forgot to check us in. Following this mistake, they proceeded to insist that we were lying about checking our order in rather than admitting to a quite small and forgivable mistake. This occurred tonight, and I find it very disappointing that the situation escalated into a childish argument, when it simply could have been avoided by genuine accountability."

"The Sonic Drive-In is a nice place for a late night snack and/or a quick bite. They have drink specials throughout the days as well. Most but not all Sonic Drive-Ins are open until Midnight as well. I do enjoy the Slushies and Limeades. Some of the employees are over-worked because they are short on Help, be patient with them. I also heard that most Sonic Drive-Ins are hiring as well. I know that Fountain City and the Oak Ridge locations are both hiring."

"Zero stars if I could, for zero service. Apparently backing into a stall is against company policy. Now, if it were a one way in, one way out type of sonic, I could understand. This sonic is not. A young lady came out and told us that they would not serve us unless we were pulled into spot. There are reasons I backed in that I won't go into here. The young lady mentioned that it was a safety concern. I planned on having my wife order, and abiding by their "policy" to pull in forward after ordering. Nope. Refusal to even take our order until we pulled in forward. I have backed in to many, many sonics and never once was this an issue. If it is policy, post it in the spaces. The vibe I got was no one here really wanted to work as there was also someone else visibly upset with the service they received. Should've read the reviews first. This place is a joke. Don't waste your time and take your money somewhere else."

"Night shift is wonderful!! The day shift.....if you can actually get them to acknowledge you,they're high as a kite telling you they're trying to come down by killing 3 red bulls. This has happened twice in the last week. They bring out orders out of order,and the lady at the drive thru window,that has all the face piercings, always has something snarky to say and flings your stuff at you and closes the window.....and never returns....so before 5pm stay away....after 5pm enjoy your right order and friendly faces"
