"I waited a long time for my food to open it and find mold. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager told me “it was an accident” and that “accidents happen”. This is unacceptable and goes against the health code and food quality."
"Just now ordered through the app. Shake, Sprite, mozz sticks, pickle fries, and fries. The fries were so old they were hard and shriveled. Shoukd never have been sent out. I know restaurants need to save a buck, but come on. Will never spend another dime at this Sonic. You all should be embarrassed."
"This location is closest to my house, they are also the least staffed I've seen. When ordering on the app I get my coffee and request sugar packets, I never get them and have to hit the red button and ask for it. Happens every time. Please help these folks it's a simple request."
"It might be the saddest, most over cooked fries I have ever ordered :(. Sorry I don't like giving bad reviews but that was really disappointing quality of food."
"Definitely severely understaffed. Waited 20 minutes for my drink order while the car right beside me who came later than I did got their order of food 5 minutes before I did. All I had was a water with flavor add ins! I asked the carhop walking past to check my order and she said she was the only one working today. One time I was here I waited 45 minutes for my order and they apologized and said they forgot about me, which is quite ridiculous. Needs more employees."
