"Placed a mobile order here, entered my stall # upon arrival, then waited 10+ mins. When I paged the carhop to check on my order, I was told there was an issue and my order was canceled and refunded. It was not, ultimately I had to file a dispute for not receiving the services/ items. This issue was not clearly communicated, nor was I told it was canceled until I inquired.."

"Waited 10 minutes for a rude employee to take our order in a way that made it feel like I was wasting their time. When we went to eat, the fries were old. Also forgot part of my order, even though they charged me for it. Sorry I inconvenienced you with my money. Won't make the same mistake again. What is unfortunate is that this was our first ever experience at a sonic. It will also be our last."

"On Friday nights, My Girlfriend and I go to the Sonic Drive-in on Schaad road normally. Sometimes they are really busy and sometimes they are not. My girlfriend normally gets either a Large Sweet Tea with Peach flavoring or a Large Grape Slushy, sometimes she even gets Mozzarella Sticks or a Corndog. I always get a Medium or a Large Strawberry Slushy with extra Strawberries, sometimes I get a Cheese Tots or Onion Rings or Ched r Peppers or a Corn Dog. And Sometimes I get Hickory BBQ Cheeseburger or Jr. Bacon, Egg & Cheese Burrito. It really depends on how late we get there, but always that Slushy goes home with me. Their restaurant appears clean. The Staff are friendly & helpful."

"Ruby Tuesday she's to be a place that you could go and give what you want it. It was pretty fast it had a nice type of share but we've lost all that it is extremely slow that people they have they. Are I understand everybody has to work but used to you? Would have? Young? College students. As white Christ's in at somebody what at the hostess? But anymore it's extremely old people. It looks like a place that's beginning to die. The food portions had become smaller the only good thing about this place is. They do have a good salad bar which you're not finding very much any longer and that's why that we go therefore use ago there get the salad. Bar in an appetizer but the appetizers eating more seemed to be microwaved."

"UPDATE 08/19/22: This location gets worse with every visit. I can't say we plan to go back anymore. We ordered ahead so we could just grab and go, but still ended up waiting 20min. Our "soft " pretzel was hard, shake was pure liquid with a clump of melted whipped cream floating in it, and iced coffee was just cold coffee flavored water. My daughter got a chicken tender kids meal with tots and juice box. The juice was warm, the tots were overcooked but cold, and what was supposed to be chicken tenders were just crunchy bits of what looked like maybe old popcorn chicken. My coney dog was burned and fries were thin and hard like they were cooked days ahead. The one positive thing was that they actually had the kids meal toys that were advertised, for once. Major disappointment. (Old review) Food is as expected...pretty good... The lady that took our order was kind of pushy and short with us, but the one that delivered it to our car was really nice and friendly. (Old Update:) staff was pretty nice, but they were out of kids meal toys the past 3 times we went. There should have been a sign or something because we all know 90% of the time kids want the toy more than the food. Also, unfortunately we had to throw my daughters burger away because there was hair in it. This definitely isn't our go-to Sonic location."
