"Pretzel twist was good but both slushes I received had moldy ice. I reported this to the state health department and I’m sending an ice sample to them for testing. I would avoid this sonic location."

"I used to love to go to Rocky Top Sonic but the landscape is terrible. A total mess. And the service by some of the employee is awful. Corporate needs to come and straighten the mess up."

"I will never go to this location again. I got a large sweet tea on my way home today. I lost my smell and taste on December 3rd due to COVID-19 so it's hard to know if something tastes off , so I drank the whole year without noticing. When I removed the lid to eat the ice once I got home about an hour later this is what I see. I work in a restaurant and tea should never have chunks in it this bad unless it was multiple days old."

"Ordered the bbq popcorn chicken and it had very little sauce on it. Went back and asked for more sauce and this was AFTER I asked for more sauce. 2 stars only because it was warm and the cherry limeade was good. STOP ACTING LIKE YOU’RE GIVING UP YOUR PAYCHECK!! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone."
