"I normally avoid McDonald's because they consistently get my order wrong. However, we have had a snow storm and this was about the only place to get food while I was working in Rocky Top, TN. The service was fast, the employees were friendly, and they got my order correct. As far as the food, the Big Mac just wasn't as good as I remember. It seemed small. I'd return to this location. Maybe they should be paid to train some of the other stores on how to do things."
"So clean and food was fresh and delicious! Stopped for a pit stop on our road trip and the fries and nuggets were amazing! Way better than other McDonald's we've had. Staff checked on us and everything. Seriously the best McDonald's experience we've ever had. We will definitely try to stop here for all trips in this area!! All of the staff was great"
"Come on guys I know you're busy but 20 minutes to get my order. The hand sanitizer dispenser in the lobby had spit out its content all over the floor. Watched 2 dozen employees walk past it. They even looked at it and kept going. And how come you can't get hot fries after waiting that long. And never any napkins in the bag."
"They were pretty busy today in Rocky top Tennessee at the McDonald's. Right in front of us there was a bus full of people unloaded and headed in and we were right behind them. The staff did the best they could and got our food out to us as soon as possible. I had two of the double fish sandwiches and Mama had the two McChickens with extra tomato. They forgot the tomato but that was okay."
"Worst McDonald's I've ever been in. Filthy, Board of health would have closed them. Women in charge completely overwhelmed, staff was untrained to the point where register girl didn't even know how to execute refund. Left after 20 minutes without what we paid for. Total dumpster fire!!!"
