"stopped on way to work this morning for breakfast and ordered a Big Breakfast with hot cakes about 630am edt. Got to work and about 8am was going to eat breakfast and noticed no butter or syrup for my hotcakes. Now i can do without the butter but not the syrup however this morning if gonna eat the hotcakes guess i will have to or throw them away. Busy so didn't get a chance to call McDonald"s on Strawberry Plains Pike but when i did person that answered the phone sounded like who cares you didn't get it. Told him this is the 2nd time in a month something has been wrong. 1st time was given the wrong breakfast and at that time definitely want what i ordered as what i was given was less expensive but thankfully i like it or wouldn't have had breakfast then at all. I didn't call to get anything free just let them know if they would quit running their mouths and concentrate and making sure they have included what should be included in the meal (doesn't have to be anything extra) unless asked for or paid for then needs to be there. Told the boy that answered guess i will need to be checking my order from now when i do stop. Will give you a heads up as i am one of those that when i check my order i don't pull away from the window whether no one behind me or 20 other cars behind me and means if it takes me 2 mins or 20 mins to check the order. if i have to wait for one thing or 20 things y'all can wait for me to check my order."
"30 minute wait to get our order, and then it was wrong. Maybe the dirtiest restroom I have seen. All around it was probably the worst McDonalds I have ever been in."
"It took forever for an employee to come take our order. Didn't ask if we needed ketchup or napkins. None was put in our bag. When I asked for ketchup she handed me 3 packets for a basket of fries. Our sandwiches were like thrown together. All the cheese on our fish fillets was melted in the carton. Not even on the Sandwich. The employees sure were having fun back on the line. Laughing and cutting up. Someone should have been covering the front counter better."
"This is the last time I’ll be back to this McDonald’s. Polite yes but for some reason they can never get an order correct there’s always something missing. It’s the most frustrating thing ever. It never fails, it’s so disappointing because honestly it’s not that hard to make sure everything is in the back and the order is correct especially since you have to repeat your order 2-3 to times."
