"I normally don't review fast food unless it is exceptionally terrible, but the manager on shift tonight should be let go. My entire burger was burnt to a crisp. The bun was black. The burger was black. The fried bits of the nacho burger were hard as a rock. The fries were clearly undercooked. Wendy's is my favorite fast food place, but this kind of junk really upsets me. Managers are responsible for watching the line and making sure subpar food isn't making it to the customer. There's no way someone didn't smell all the burnt food. Y'all just served up terrible food on purpose. Disgraceful actions on your part. Better start trimming the fat around there."
"This salad was amazing! It's the Jalapeno Popper Salad. Also, Michael is the name of the General Manager at this location. This is two reviews in one. A few days ago my fam and I ordered a $40 order (because we have 5 kids). Anyways, they completely bombed the order by leaving many items out of the bag altogether, and getting other items that had been customized wrong. Michael made it right by giving us a full refund! I explained to him that he did the right thing and that by him giving us a refund, we're now more than glad to continue spending our money there. As I was explaining that, one of my daughters chimed in stating that she was hungry. I asked what she wanted and then ordered it. Michael gave us that meal free in addition to already having given us a refund. This last act of apologies from their order-making mishap is what drove me to write this review. Please promote Michael to DM, he knows how to win friends & influence people. More importantly, he knows how to stimulate and sustain revenue while simultaneously building up a brand."
