"The shift managers don't do their job. Don't ever order an iced coffee because it is never made right. The service is fast but most the time the food is cold and when you order a pie and they don't have it they won't tell you they just put in a different flavor of one. The lady who SETS in the first window you pay at is rude and gets mad if you use your app.if your eating in you can't get refills on your drink because their policy forbids it. I can go on and on with this one."
"Ice cream machine was "broken"...shocker!! Food was ehhh, and cashier seemed very inexperienced. Food came out quickly. There was quite a bit of street clothed young adult aged people walking back to the kitchen area, I assumed they worked there but they weren't in uniform and it didn't seem sanitary."
"Managers at these places need to stop allowing their employees to use their phones while they are at work. All employees should be required to turn their mobile phones completely off while they are on the job and if any employee is caught using or playing with their phone while on the job the manager needs to confiscate their phone until their shift is over."
"This McDonald's is brand new and just recently opened not too long ago. The inside of it definitely looks a lot different than all the other locations. They tried to make it more modern looking. You can easily place your orders on your mobile app or the touch-screen pads that they have inside the store. Their drive-thru has two lanes."
