"I tried Al’s for the first time last night. The reviews were contradicting, so I decided to give it a try myself. I attempted to call an order in and the phone number just wouldn’t work. So I drove there, placed an order, and waited inside. The lady at the counters demeanor is just as everyone else says, not welcoming at all. She had a very serious look on her face as if she had a bad attitude and didn’t want to be there and she answered people’s question short and unconcerned. However, she was never rude to me so it didn’t bother me much. While waiting, there was lots and lots of people coming in placing orders and door dashers picking up orders. All she kept saying to everyone was “it ain’t ready yet.” I waited like an hour before my food was ready it was ridiculous but the food was hot and fresh. I ordered a buffalo chicken egg roll (that I ate in the car on the way home) lol it was good but not the absolute best that I’ve had. I also ordered a 5pc wing combo hot ranch flavored. The sauce on the wings was really good. The wings just weren’t cooked enough for my liking. The skin on them was still soft and chewy and I prefer a crispier more cooked wing. Fries were seasoned well. So overall, I give them 2/5 stars for no working phone, the hour wait, no communication or concern from staff, and the wings not being cooked enough. I would still give them another try if I had an hour to spare and I just would ask that the chicken be cooked crispy."

"I absolutely love eat Al’s wings in things. I always get the 2 piece fish with corn nuggets … a little over price for the portion but it’s wonderfully cooked. The cook definitely deserves 5 stars. However the lady in the front is rudeeeeeeeeeeeee. She shows no concern for her customers and very unprofessional. All on the phone cussing and not being attentive when the orders come up. I literally watched her finish her conversation on the phone before grabbing my food. Please replace her"

"I was so happy to see this location in MS. I normally go to the one in Memphis. Long story short, I paid for my order before it was finished. The receipt said I was getting buffalo eggrolls. I asked the cashier about it because I wanted the philly cheese egg rolls. She assured me I would get the correct egg rolls and that's how the name comes out on the receipt. I also ordered honey hot wings. I received it neither. The honey hot was honey gold, my fries were cold, the egg rolls were buffalo and I waited 30 minutes for nothing. Soooo disappointed. And to top it off no one answered the the phone when I called back."
