"Me and my family went to eat tonight and everyone that worked there seemed to be high on something but anyways my entire meal was COLD then I asked for a manager and he got mad and snatched the ticket and walked off. I really just wanted my food warmed up and I would had been happy. I drove to far to get my food served that way or for a manager to treat us that way!"

"Garbage establishment. It is “free seating” whatever that means. No one ever came to greet us let alone even tell us we just choose our own seat. It was dirty as well. A lot of standing around instead of assisting patrons. Terrible terrible terrible. Will never ever come back!"

"Went to watch some football with my wife. We sat in the dining area away from the bar. The 2 big screen tvs were so dark, you could barely see the game. On top of that, the food we ordered was overcooked(her veggie burger and potato wedges were burnt). I ordered boneless wings(which came out cold) and tater tots(which were way overcooked and hard). I asked for more and they came out the same way the first batch did, so I asked them to take them off the ticket. Not sure who the cook is, but they need to do better. The waiter was nice, that’s about the only thing good we can say about our experience. We decided to leave before halftime, because of the bad experience. Definitely will not be spending my money there anymore."

"Atmosphere was clean and lovely. Only a few people watching the games. Service was very good. I was checked on frequently. I am, still two days later, feeling like a fool for being served a very good tasting burger but with a side of fries that, in serving size, was no larger than my palm. For $16.00 I left hungry. I will NEVER go here again and probably any other location. Bye Buffalo Wild Wings, America doesn't need you."

"Update: I received an email from the owner asking me to follow the provided link and fill out information so they could make it right. I filled out all of the information but it would not accept when hitting the submit button. There was another option provided through their website but once again I was not able to submit. This one was because it would not recognize the location finder for this particular Buffalo Wild Wings. Be your own judge. This is what Buffalo Wild Wings delivered to our table as a "Large" basket of fries for $5.99. We questioned our server (who was very nice) if this was the correct amount and she embarrassingly smiled and said yes. We asked her to check with the kitchen or management and no one ever followed up. Food service quantity and quality keeps getting worse all the while overcharging. Sadly, society keeps accepting less and less as a standard."
