"I'm not bragging and honestly really don't care, but I get a lot of looks at my reviews. I have several rewards from Google from all of my reviews and I'll be honest. I'm a hard customer to please. You can see that in my profile and in my reviews. I will say though, on this Tuesday January 16th 2024, there was a worker here named Ray and she killed it. Out of the park killed it! My burger was perfect. It was one of the best I've ever had, look just like the picture and tasted just like the pictures should taste. The fries were fresh and hot and crispy. And all of this was from her hard effort hustling with multiple customers on a night when the snow outside was horrendous in most places were closed and their staff are going home. Ray deserves a raise. She was friendly, hardworking, and made amazing food in an amazing experience!"

"This was the absolute worst visit I have had at a fast food establishment, maybe ever. The order was incorrect, multiple times, even after making it perfectly clear there was a dairy allergy, the burger came out with cheese. I asked for a refund, and was informed that the manager was unable to give any type of refund, as he was never taught how to do it, and he was working a double. There was no one he could call for instruction since it is Sunday night, no one would answer, so there was no reason to try and call... when I asked about the strips of bacon on the bacon burger, I was informed that the AI had been advised to let customers know that the people that do the ordering did not order the correct goods. What does that even mean? The excuses were rampant, and made no sense.. Fries were cold, we were missing a drink..hair in the food, it was just an ongoing catastrophe.. Do not waste your time or money. Sadly, I was so excited to venture off the beaten path, and get some good old checkers, from back in the day. Wrong. Did I mention it took about 10 minutes to get the food? *******Edited to add... I had previously contacted the customer service number on the receipt, followed up by contacting the company in the fashion requested in the response to this review. Both forms of communication were futile. There has been no response in over a month. Just do yourself a favor, and DO NOT waste your time, energy or money on this dive... (if there was a way to give less stars, I would opt for that)"

"Food was fresh, had to wait for her to bring it out to the car. But it was worth the wait. Fries was fresh also. The lady working the window was extremely nice. I have been told by friends that live in the area not to go there that they never get the order right or it's nasty. I went for lunch and it was great."

"Found a cockroach in my food. Disgusting place and I'm not coming back. They have not called to try and make anything right."
