"Went here lastnight and I got the burnt ends. And they were good. I expected that. But what really surprised me were the cheesy spicy grits they put them on. These were rub on your face good. Loved everything about my experience there. I would go back right now if I could."

"Walked in after passing by on a walkabout, sat at the bar and had an Old Fashione and a beer, served up by a super friendly bar tender. Ordered the Smash Burger, wow, crispy edges with grilled onions and cheese n sauce on a great bun! Decided to try the Smoker Sampler, to-go, so I could have food for the road for the next couple of days- well, will eat good for at least 3! Mac N Cheese-so good, moist creamy and flavorful, so often it is dry and tasteless around these parts. Good bber selection on tap. Thanks guys, will be back next time in town!"
"Edley's BBQ on Lebanon Pike is a standout! Great food! Not only does their food impress, but their cleanliness also caught my eye, clearly showing their commitment to quality. Parking is in the back of the restaurant! Their brisket sandwich is a definite highlight. Its tenderness, juiciness, and an explosion of flavor was a delight. The banana pudding is equally exceptional. It was velvety, balanced in sweetness, and practically dissolves in your mouth. The family friendly ambiance is a major plus. The staff treats guests with warmth, creating an inviting atmosphere. However, there's room for improvement with the kids' menu portion; it felt a bit modest for a ravenous 5-year-old. We had enough food to give them portions around."
