Marco's Pizza

"Thus is my favorite Marcos to order from. They are always on time with delivery and their food is always hot. I haven't had any issues with my order being wrong I have always received what I asked for. They have some of the best pizza in town in my opinion. They blow domino's and papa John's out of the water."

"I don't care about the atmosphere. I just pick up my pizza and I wish my house always smelled so good. I can tell that these pizzas had an Italian behind the scene. Can't find a better pizza, holy toledo that's good food."

"we have bought pizza from this location many times. The atmosphere in the building is not as personal or friendly as it should be. Even though jobs like this are considered by many people as being just something to do on the way to something better, it doesn’t mean that we should be indifferent to people. just a little bit friendlier service at the counter would be wonderful. Most recently we had a very confusing issue, the first time that this is ever happened, where driver could not find our place, the order was under the wrong name, and by the time we got the pizza, it was not fresh out of the oven, just say the least. This is one of the only times that I have been completely disappointed in this particular location. Did i mention I love the pizza? It seems they have changed their Italian sausage in the past year or so. It used to be sliced on the angle so that the pieces were in a type of long angled bites which were delicious. One of our favorite toppings is banana peppers and we are charged full price for a topping although it seems that what they put on there is more of an afterthought. I hope the owners pay attention to this review because I really love the pizza and recommend it to all of our clients when they are here as we are very close to this Marcos location. certainly I’m not talking about everybody who works there. I don’t want them to feel bad about reading this. These are rather isolated incidents but have occurred more than a couple times, and could stand some improvement."

"I’ve been done wrong by business’ countless times and still don’t like to leave bad reviews but the people in this Marco’s look at you like you’re ruining their day by ordering and coming in. I get the same thing every time and for some reason they refuse to put the crust toppers on when I ask nicely and check the boxes everytime I order. It’s on the receipt. Not a big deal but this is the 3rd time so I check the box when paying and politely ask if they can put that on for me since it was forgotten. The guy types my card in wrong and just says “it declined” then walks my pizza back for some guy rolling his eyes to get my order right. I’m not too picky on my food being wrong but when I’m disrespected for no reason that’s where I draw it. After he gets my card put in correctly I leave and shortly after getting in my car the guy rolling his eyes looking at my behind the counter came out and glared at me walking around the building like I was supposed to be intimated or something . Food is always good but the disrespect is enough for me to never come back."

"Great staff.. manager was awesome. My little guy knocked his drink over and onto the floor. They were great and did not seem upset at all. We apologized profusely, and they kept telling us it was okay. Good hot food & very tasty! Spot is mainly for carryout and delivery, but they do have 4 tables.. enough seating for 8 people!"
