"Longhorn Steakhouse left me with a mixed dining experience. The food, while acceptable, fell short of expectations. Ordering a medium-rare steak resulted in a medium-cooked outcome, and medium steaks erred on the rarer side. Communication hurdles arose as the server shifted between Portuguese and mumbled English, causing confusion. Additionally, menu discrepancies occurred when requesting items, with the server offering alternatives. The absence of baked potatoes disappointed, and the French fries seemed reheated, lacking freshness. The French onion soup, though flavorful, appeared watered down and likely underwent microwaving. Overall, Longhorn Steakhouse's inconsistencies left room for improvement in both food quality and service."
