"Seems like me to me please restaurants don't really want to cater to customers anymore they want to put a kiosk up and have you place your order so they don't even have to talk to you except for letting you know when your food is ready that's really poor customer service I think or I guess everything is going to AI here before long we'll have so I guess it means we won't be talking to any humans anymore it'll be robots and to me I think that's just kind of a crock to run a business that you can't get out here and run a business the way it should be to get your clientele and keep your customers happy of buying your product or service what is this world coming to need to be thinking about that"

"Didn't get any food. No one to take your order and it's take out only. Kiosk is how you order, and you can't tailor your burgers to your liking. You get what's offered, or you don't get anything. I know help is hard to find, but this type of restaurant just needs to close. If you can't offer full service and wait on the patrons. Just get out."

"We have always LOVED Steak & Shake. It's a family favorite especially with the kids. However, the new business model isn't working for us. When you go inside, there's kiosks not people. The kiosks are FRUSTRATING and SLOW. Once you master that with hungry children wondering what the hold-up is, you pay. Again at the kiosks. Then, you make your way to a table if you can find one & pray it's clean because no people or cleaning supplies. I expect soon, customers will also be expected to clean and bus tables for absolutely no pay but plenty of aggrevation. Then....you wait...and wait....wondering: Did the cook even get my order!? While the hungry kids are wondering what the holdup.is and WHY there's no people. The ambiance is ruined because everyone is anxious, wants their food, but there's NO ONE to ask."

"This location may have not been used to online orders via Google Maps’ ordering setup? It took them a lot of time to find my order and process it. They were polite about it and busy overall. The drink carrier is not really set up to support their milk shakes - when trying to get the cups out, their lids will come off and you have a bit of a mess all over. That wouldn’t be their mistake though but company sourcing?"

"Horrible! Burgers was so greasy, I literally had to wipe my hands after both bites I ate of my burger, not just one hand both both. The grease was so bad. I wish I taken a picture of the food before I gave it back to them. The onion rings was cooked in what I believe is at least a months old grease. We sat at a nasty table, but the cleanest one in the store. The chairs and tables was sticky with grease. The health department really needs to come in here so they will clean this nasty place up or close them down! Take my advice and don’t eat! They did refund my money for one meal, and I ordered 3 meals."
