"I needed a place to eat while I was passing through Nashville and I very much enjoyed the fried chicken, mac&cheese, and baked beans. The peach cobbler was cold, but probably would have tasted better if it was still warm. There were plenty of options to choose from and everything had good flavor and seasoning. I would eat there again."

"The food was cooked with love. The hot water cornbread was amazing and the flavored tea was so sweet I felt like a kid drinking kool-aid for the first time. If your in the area please try the ribs or catfish they are both amazing."
"The service was exceptional. The food was tasty and they gave large servings. I recommend trying the fried catfish, it was good and fresh. The smothered pork chops had a bit much breading that I personally am not used to. But if you like it homemade and smothered they got you! They had delicious sides dishes and the hot water Cornbread was to die for! Absolutely delicious! Can't wait to go back to try something different like the oxtails or ribs and get some more bread and try the cobbler."
