"Me and my husband food was cold. This was very upsetting. They did not take the time to put effort into cooking our food when we waited on it. The crew that work this night shift on 01/19/2024 was horrible. This place could do so much better with the right people."

"First of all. I usually do not even leave reviews. Tonight ordering from this Hooters for take out, has been by far my worse experience I have ever had with them. My last experience wasn’t a good one either. But tonight was the straw that broke the damn camels back. Placed my order. I ordered buffalo shrimp and chicken sliders. When I arrived, I was then told the shrimp fryer wasn’t working. I was not offered anything in the place of it. Then when I got the rest of my order and made home, it was throwed around in the box and cold as the weather from out side. This is ridiculous. I will not ever order from there again."

"I visited this location on Veteran’s Day to receive my complimentary meal for my military service. The restaurant wasn’t busy, but I could tell they were “short-handed” so I sat at the bar to receive faster service. The bartender, Dana was hustlin’ and workin’ non-stop. But she took my order quickly and communicated with me about my order. She even explained the reason it was taking a while to prepare my order! I can’t speak for anyone else, but I don’t mind waiting a while when the customer service and attentiveness is above average. Thanks Dana! And to the person that cooked my burger… it was great!"

"Came in for the Veterans Day deal. I ordered the sweet tea and 10pc Bonless Wings. Food was great. Service was 2/5. They weren’t busy but my waitress just couldn’t keep up. Order online and pick it up. Avoid the crowd and mediocre service. Also note, $4 for a sweet tea is INSANE."

"I debated 2 stars, but 1 it was. Lacey picked here, I wanted Korean food. I have not been to a Hooters in about 9 months in Nashville. I will say the menu seemed modified for sure, I thought they had vegan wings? Our server had a wonderful personality for sure, though communication of price, food and bill was far from wonderful. I certainly could go into more details about not getting what we asked for and being seemingly overcharged. I will include the receipt and y'all can decide, but the side item charges were higher than what menu said and the sauce charges when my sandwich was to have sauce..... anyway not the best quality food, service nor price.... arghhh salad was to have no cheese no cucumber and lots of onions, atleast there onion rings were tasty."
