"I start with 5 stars and then deduct for everything that merits losing a star. I have arrived at 2 stars. So what went wrong? I have dined here several times over the last couple of months and I continue to encounter the exact same problems every single time that I go. I paid $0.75 for "extra cheese" on a menu item called the "Cheesy Chicken Gyro." And I have ordered this same item every time that I have gone, thinking that they would fix it. Sometimes I don't even know if there is any cheese at all on it. If there is any, it's not much. It's a negligible amount. I have even directly pointed that out to them and told them that I always order extra cheese and it feels like I never receive anything for that upcharge. It continued to be the case. It was never rectified. With that said - the food is a bit overpriced, and they clearly don't listen to instructions when they are added to orders. I just feel a bit cheated trying to desperately give some cheese added to an item that should already have cheese on it. It's childish. I won't be going back."

"I ordered the chicken Cesar salad and was shocked to find almost no lettuce in it. It was salty and dissapointing, so I mean if you're trying to remember your ex get a salad here. It's the same thing."
