"I ordered the spicy shrimp and fish dinner. When I first got my order, there was no shrimp. I took my plate back up, got shrimp, not spicy, and only one of my two pieces of fish was spicy. They really seemed like they didn't want to take care of the shrimp, so i didn't bother telling them again it was supposed to be spicy, and both of the fish filets were supposed to be also. They seemed like they were having a rough day. Still, the food is too expensive to have it be wrong, AND most importantly, feel like you're an imposition for wanting it to be correct. I never return or complain about food. The only reason I did was that it was missing my shrimp. Did not even bother with the fact that it was all supposed to be spicy."
"Server was very rude and I had a coupon buy a 2 piece fish and fries and drink you get a 2 piece fish and fries free. She charged me for 3 2 piece fish and fries and took 1 off plus charged for a drink. This is not good business not should be done. I ask for senior discount and was told they do not honor senior discount. This some how should be corrected. Store number was354879 on stage rd in Bartlett. Thank you for taking my text."
"It's really bad when the best Tempura style fish in Memphis is Captain D's. Love their new spicy fish and we always get the bread rools instead of Hush Puppies."
"This Captain D’s is closer to my house so I frequent it..I hardly ever have to take my food back(i.e missing items or doesn’t have what ordered). I do not mind waiting longer for my food to be made to order & fresh. Staff are usually always friendly and ensure 100% great customer service. The lobby can get messy @ times but staff will get right on it."
"This location, considered to be in Bartlett, usually has a clean lobby and restrooms. The staff seem polite and helpful, and the food is usually great. I have visited during a "rush" period and have seen the front counter get a little frazzled. I have gone out of my way to come to this Cpt D's just because, they usually have a better atmosphere, promptness of service with hot, fresh food."
