"Order a Timberline XL grill and although I was grateful it was delivered assembled (I didn’t expect that) it was missing wired temperature probes. I called the store and they insisted the newer models didn’t come with wired probes, but I called Traeger customer support who said they do ship with the grills and they would send me out a replacement. I should have just purchased directly from Traeger."

"This is an awesome store. My go to for all my gardening needs. I always get my keys made there as well. I don't know what happened yesterday but I had three keys made and none of them worked. I should have checked them against the original key while still at the store but I didn't. I guess my keys got mixed up with someone else's. They were all the same but not the same as original. But I know the will fix it as soon as I take them back without any trouble."
