"Drive thru is Always ALWAYS terrible customer service. They mouths be smart and they always have something to say back even when they know they messed up your order or are wrong. They are very hostile ready to fight or whatever way they choose to retaliate.Never had fresh chicken and if it is the grease is never drained of the chicken, the fries are always hard n old or fresh and burnt."
"Right now the location is being tortured by road construction. Making it difficult to get to. But they are ready to serve. The meal was hot. The place was clean and well maintained. Their drive thru is open with both quick to fill your order. Big corn on the cob too."
"I wish that I could give negative stars. We ordered chicken and when we picked the chicken up out of the box it had hair and dirt hanging from it. I will never go here again and if you valued your health you would not either. Its like they dropped it on the floor and swept it up into the box. Just nasty!!!!"
"Terrible location. Customer service is horrible, employees never wear gloves, and they are LITERALLY always out of honey packets. I ordered the #1 and asked for honey and of course they were out. I get to the window, wait about five minuets to get my order. I look to make sure everything is okay, and my biscuit barely had honey on it, so I waited for the lady to come back to the window and asked if they could add some because it literally had a little bit on it. She snatches the box with an attitude and closes the window. After about a minute she hands me the box back and I say thank you. She closes the window without responding. I open the box and literally that big glump of cold honey butter displayed in the picture was sitting on top of my biscuit. I had to get a napkin and wipe it off. The lady then comes back to the window and tells me I have to move my car and I asked her why she put all of that on there like that. She had a terrible attitude and was trying to be a smarty, I should’ve asked for a refund, but I’ll never return to that store again. No one is forcing them to work there. Someone seriously needs to do something about the employees uncleanliness and attitude. I’m actually a manager at a restaurant. Should’ve taken pictures and sent it to the health department."
