"Clearly stated, the best in the tri-state area. They've done a LOT of top quality work for me and stood behind it. This isn't a Billy Bob jackleg garage, these people are expert mechanical engineers, machinists and technicians in a state of the art facility...Yes, it's probably going to cost more than many places for that reason. I know for a fact that they've worked on hundreds of extremely valuable vintage cars and rare one off race cars for very serious collecters. Jay Leno would take his cars to these guys. Ferraris, Aston Martins, Lamborghinis, Iso Grifos, Porsches, Maseratis, Lotuses, Rolls Royce, Bentleys, Mercedes, Volvo, BMW, Audi, Jaguar as well as domestics. They have a full machine shop and can do anything. If you're wanting very precise top shelf work, these guys know what they're doing"
"I wish I would have read the reviews before my car was serviced due to an emergency situation. After consulting with another repair shop in town, I was told my repair price was at least $900 overcharged. I'm disappointed that I was targeted to be overcharged especially since I only have one income. I'm not sure why that happened but, I'm grateful to God for the learning experience to take my time and do the vetting. I do not recommend this place."
"I was outrageous over charged for a battery replacement. When I called the dealership to compare prices, it was brought to my attention that I was overcharged $200 by Memphis Motor Werks. When I addressed the concern and told them that their website states their prices are reasonable and cheaper than the dealership, I was told "that is old." I replied in saying that it was because of their website advertisement that I patronized their business. He continued to restate what he said previously. WARNING: DO NOT do business with them. You WILL get overcharged!"
