"They brought my food real fast and they were so gentle."
"Nasty attitudes. They don’t want to give you sauce that goes with your food. I came today to stall 16 the carhops attitude was nasty & my food want right on top of them not giving the sauce for my food. My carhops name is Tasha I would advise her to change her attitude because the next customer may not be so nice. I would advise Sonic to hire people with better customer service & this will be sent to corporate as well."
"Typical Sonic location that offers the same menu that you find at most other locations. They offer app ordering and half-price drinks using that method. This store is just off a busy road so getting in and out can be difficult. I did not have any issues during my visit, my drink was good and my service was fast."
"I ordered a sandwich and a coffee. I saw the price on the screen change. I buzzed back and told them there was originally one price but it was changed. The speaker said you asked for vanilla to be added. I repeated my order to her. Her response was this is what the ticket says. I said ok but I didn't ask for vanilla just cream and sugar. She was like whatever ok and cut the speaker off. How rude!!! The young lady that brought the food was wonderful."
"SMH. Trifling is too nice of a word. Is it the new generation of young workers that are so 'horrible' and don't have a care in the world? I hope they realize that it may be the older generation who will hire them in the real world. This is suppose to be a Quarter Pounder Double. It's old meat with cold cheese. The Corny had no cheese. Plus it appeared that they put the chili on the corny and then wipe it off. The quality of the food at this location speaks very clearly about the trifling workers and managers."
