"I visit this location, when I tell that the carhop Brianna was an excellent example of good quality exceptional customer service. I literally go to Sonic daily using mobile app. However I have never visited a Sonic and received the quality of customer service that I received from Brianna, I wish she could train all the employees at other locations. Customer service is everything and she did that. I wanted it to be known what a job well done."
"I try to give them a chance and they blow it every time I remember at one point this was one of the best sonic in Memphis I’m not gone drag each bad visit out I’ve had recently but this last one must be known I waited 30 mins on my order that never came so basically they forgot about me after 10 plus cars already pulled off"
"Placed an online order scheduled for a specific time. When I arrived at that time I waited about 15 minutes before getting notified the order was on its way. Then it said it was delivered though it hadn't. After waiting a bit I pressed the button and they said again that the order was on its way. About 5 minutes later it is actually on its way. The drinks and ice cream were extremely melted so I think it had been ready when we were supposed to get them and sat on the counter for almost 25 minutes while we were waiting to receive it."
