"Always check your food. We ordered 2 spicy white 3 piece combos. They gave us ALL dark meat. How do you make and serve chicken and you can't consistently provide what is ordered? Then they had NO biscuits. I will be requesting a refund tomorrow."

"I’ve been going to this location for a while it seems now that they are cooking spoiled chicken. I stopped going for a few months and decided to go back today and it’s still the same thing. The chicken even has a bad smell too."

"I went there today.I wanted to sit and eat, before getting my hair done. I walked past someone sitting outside smoking a cigarette. I walked inside and stood at the counter and was looking at the menu. The people that were behind the counter did not acknowledge me, a short lady came from behind the counter and was doing something and told me, "inside was not open for dine-in." I stood there for a second, I guess waiting for her to add on why it wasn't open for dine in, but yet I walked right in, but she said nothing else and just looked at me like get tf out. I just looked at her and said wow and walked to the cupboard and ate there. While sitting there at my table waiting for my food, I called the restaurant and asked for the manager, manager was speaking. I asked if they were open for dine in and guess what? They were open for dine in and apparently had people in there eating. She rudely said credit card machine was down, but when I was there, nobody even asked me what method I was using for payment. I felt like I wasn't wanted in the restaurant at all. I will never knowingly eat from here again, and I hope everyone of you that I encountered during this visit, experience the same feeling you made me feel."

"I visited Popeyes ( this location on Union avenue) to grab dinner quickly. My plan was to go drive through. However, after standing in the line for ten minutes, I couldn’t make it to the order window. The line was not moving ahead at all. Then I decided to park the car and go inside in person. I guess they are running understaffed, or all of them are very inefficient. Inside was a little chaos. I waited for a while and then managed to order. I ordered a meal, however, their drink/ water machine was not working. After waiting for another ten minutes I guess, I got my food. I realised even after waiting that much, my fries were cold, and only smelling like lard. I came home ( it’s a 5 min drive). It was the blackened sandwich, where the buns were extremely greasy, and a piece of over fried chicken inside with some generous amount of mayonnaise. The chicken was a little hard, and dry with good seasoning and a hint of Cajun spice. I took of the mayonnaise by rubbing it with the tissue. Can’t do much with the greasy buns. Overall, the whole wait time was not worth."
