"I went thru the drive thru to order fish combo. The order taking female had very bad attitude. Asked the total, she said, I don't know I'm not by the register. Very rude. Pulled around and and was given total. Paid and asked for napkins and extra ketchup, she rolled her eyes. Finally gave my food. At this point, I'm furious. I asked for manager and rude female stated she was the manager. I told her that you must do better because you have poor customer service. She slammed the window and waived her hand off. Immediately, I began to complete the survey on receipt. Of course, no response. I will never return and if it was too cold for you to work, stay your rude unprofessional a$$ at home. How did you ever become a manager?"

"This is a good location. Been twice and the workers are polite and the food comes out pretty quick. Its a little pricey for fast food but it isnt super greasy so its less of a gut bomb. French dip is my fave."

"I waited 20 mins for my food and I received a raw burger and it was cold of course I asked for no tomato still was put on the burger “shake machine isn’t working” the employees were very upset because everyone was ordering The Good Burger Meal"

"Dear Arby’s, How you gonna sell burnt cherry turnovers that are ice cold? Also seems a little light on that icing. Maybe the pastry chef doesn’t work on weekends - but the roast beef was ice cold as well. Hopefully I don’t get the rollin’ bubbly guts after this misadventure in the gourmet offerings of Cordova."

"The service was amazing it's just the meal that I ordered I ordered the three-piece fish strip it was more like three piece fish stick this is more of a kids meal rather than an adult's meal and for what I paid for it it was not worth it it was horrible the only thing I was able to eat was my fries never again. Arby's I am very disappointed with this one."
