"I went to this location and they didn't give me a receipt, asked me to pull up and I asked why? I know it's to keep their timer low in Drive thru, but they Hispanic man said they were cooking fresh fries. They had me and 3 other cars to pull up. I asked for the Big Mac Meal with a sweet ice tea. They brought me cold food and no tea. The young man with the big afro said he would bring fresh fries. He was walking in the lobby, while placing the fries in the bag. It wasn't until I got home that I realized the Big Mac was cold and I never received my sweet tea. When I goggled their location to speak to a manager, they are now closes. This was a waste of my time and money. I will never visit them again. Horrible service. Oh, and another car that pulled up with me return their food as well. Terrible customer service."
"Got 2 big macs, neither has much sauce (think nickel size blob) and were cold by the time we got them, waited 30 minutes in drive thru and had to pull up to wait more after getting to the second window... Had ordered no ice in one drink but seemed to have extra ice in it instead... Only thing good was the fries which weren't hot hot so idk what the hold up was... Second time its been bad at this location... Wont stop there again..."
"The only nice person that works there is a white lady that works in the morning. I do recognize that they have a fast service but they never have ice coffees or frappes and if they do be careful because they will try use leftover ice tea water to make their ice coffees which is disgusting."
