"It’s around the corner so we go there a lot. Wouldn’t be my first choice of McDonald’s but it’s not too bad. Service is typically good. Unless you go between midnight and 6 AM. Good luck getting anyone to even answer the drive through intercom at that time of night. (Spoiler: you won’t). Even though they are clearly stated as being open 24 hours. The attached photos are of the payment window and then the pick up window in the drive-thru after I sat at the intercom for 20 minutes or so and couldn’t get an answer."
"I have lived near this McD for a very long time. They are routinely understaffed and slow - drive thru often closes up to an hr early. I don’t blame the employees because it’s always been this way"
"We ordered two double-quarter pounders, and when we started to eat them, we discovered the meat was basically raw! The center of all patties were completely pink and did not seem cooked. We are never coming back to this location since this isn't the first time we've had very poor food."
"I waited in line for 15 minutes for a caramel Sundae. I'm assuming the manager is who handed this sorry Sundae because he had on a suit and was telling everyone else to move quickly.....I know not to go to this location ever again."
